Goals

  • Establish fundraising policies and standards
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate fundraising programs
  • Maximize the efforts of Development staff through the Committee’s access, influence, and connectivity with the community
  • Serve as a resource for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors, thereby increasing fundraising productivity
