Hospice of Emanuel is currently seeking individuals to become part of our Hospice team.  The next training session for anyone wishing to become a Hospice volunteer is scheduled for Saturday, October 3rd and Saturday, October 17th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  New volunteers must attend both sessions to complete the training.  Preregistration and $25.00 donation requested.   Individuals are needed to assist our terminally ill patients and their families by providing emotional support, respite care, translating, facilitating grief support groups, bereavement follow-up and working in the Hospice office as office assistants.  Hospice volunteers of all ethnic backgrounds are needed.  Call Hospice at (209) 664-2550 to register.
