Weekend Childbirth Preparation class

2-Day Childbirth Class Saturday 10:00-4:00 PM, Sunday 1:00-5:00 PM Conference Room C Fee $40. Please call Education Department 664-2580 to register for class.

This two-day class will focus on the relaxation and coping skills needed for labor and birth.  The birth process, infant care, breastfeeding, Cesarean birth, and post-partum care is also discussed.  A tour of the birthing center is included.
