This nutrition class is held on the last Wednesday of each month from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Preregistration not required. 

This class is to help all people learn how they can modify their current eating habits in a way that will improve their overall health.  Whether you are a cancer survivor or someone who just wants to learn to eat better, this class will benefit you.  This class will be taught by registered dieticians.
