Turlock – The public is invited to the 5th annual Kool Kars for Charity Car Show to benefit Hospice of Emanuel Medical Center and the Parent Resources Center of Modesto on Saturday,

 

September 16, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds in Turlock.

 

Admission and parking is free to the event that will feature hot rods, street rods, muscle cars, live music, raffles and BBQ foods.

 

The car show is a non-judged fundraising event, but will feature giveaways to the owners of first 200 cars registered at the event.  Registration to enter a car can be made by calling either 883-0621 or 575-1492.

 

The sponsors of the community event are the “Magnificant 7” organizers and local car enthusiasts.

 

Hospice of Emanuel has been the beneficary of the event the past four years.

 

Hospice of Emanuel provides a range of services to support and care for persons in the last phases of an incurable disease and serves the areas of Turlock, Hilmar, Ballico, Cressey, Crows Landing, Delhi, Patterson, Denair,

Keyes, Hughson, Ceres, Hickman, Waterford, Stevinson and Livingston.

 

Emanuel Medical Center is a not-for-profit, community-based, Christian hospital serving Turlock and nearby Central Valley communities.
