Michael Klepin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Emanuel Medical Center (EMC) in November of 2024. 

Mike joined EMC after serving as CEO at Joseph Medical Center in Houston, Texas, for two years and was the CEO of Southern California Hospital in Culver City, California, from 2018-2022. Prior to that, he served in a variety of top leadership roles in diverse settings, including in Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas and West Virginia.

Originally from Ohio, Mike received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio, and his Master of Science in Public Health Administration from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio.
