Precert Services Available

• Concierge Pre-authorization and Scheduling – Fax order and documentation, we will handle the rest! We will also contact you to confirm your patient is scheduled!

Authorization Assistance Information

To initiate an authorization, we will need:

• Signed orders
• Diagnosis with ICD-10 Code
• Insurance policy information
• Clinical notes and diagnoses

We also accept electronically signed radiology orders generated by EHR/EMR software.

To streamline patient care, Turlock Imaging Services offers referring providers access to our downloadable McKesson picture archiving and communication system (PACS). This downloadable portal contains images and reports for all radiology studies.
