Welcome to our Patient Portal

My Emanuel Connect is a secure online portal that makes it easy for you to stay in touch with your Emanuel Medical Center care team. You can also view, download and share your current health information. You can use this online portal 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from any Web-enabled device and from anywhere Internet access is available.

With My Emanuel Connect, you can:

  • Privately view your lab results
  • Access your Discharge Summary or Continuity of Care document which includes procedures, immunizations, prescribed medications and allergies
  • Pay your healthcare bills electronically

How to get started

You can enroll in My Emanuel Connect at the time of your admission or at your next appointment. For security purposes, registration requires an in-person visit to Emanuel. You just need to provide a valid email address and an acceptable form of ID. Some examples:

  • Driver’s license
  • State-issued identification card
  • U.S. military identification
  • Emanuel identification card
  • Social Security card
  • Passport
  • Birth certificate
  • Marriage license
  • Divorce decree
  • Adoption certificate
